I'm Lindsey Wolf
I was overweight my whole life, convinced I had 'horrible genetics'. I never tried to lose weight, because I assumed there was no point and my body was 'just built this way'.
In university, I finally saw a number on the scale I'd never seen before: 200lbs. I began asking my friends what they did to lose weight... and so began a decade of hyper-restrictive diets, disordered eating, and a lose-it-gain-it cycle, I'd never thought I'd shake.
Finally in my early 30's I hit rock bottom, and I decided I needed to do something drastically different.
I hired a health coach and for the first time in 10 years I began to lose weight, eating sandwiches, pasta, burgers, and ice cream. My goals finally felt possible and maintainable!
Eighty pounds down, 2 kids, and 9 years later, and I still wake up to abs and finish the day off with ice cream (or chocolate, cookies... pretty much anything sweet).
My passion for health became so strong, I switched careers and become a nutritionist. I created The Nourished Method 4 years ago and since then, I've helped 450+ women lose 10,000lbs using a simple system to maintain their results. And now, I'm excited to do help you do the same!
