SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION
Welcome to The Nourished Method! We are committed to providing a supportive, engaging, and structured environment for all our participants. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for member behavior as well as the community standards for communication and support throughout the program.
COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES
1. COACHING CALLS
- PRIMARY COMMUNICATION: All program-related questions should be addressed during our scheduled coaching calls. This ensures that every participant has equal access to information and support.
- EFFICIENCY AND FAIRNESS: Group calls allow us to address common concerns and share solutions that may benefit multiple members.
2. GROUP COMMUNITY Q&A
- PEER SUPPORT: Utilize the community Q&A section for questions in between calls where peer insights can be beneficial. This space is great for support, shared experiences, and advice from fellow participants.
- COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: Encourage and support one another. Sharing your journey and solutions can help strengthen our community.
3. DIRECT MESSAGES AND EMAILS:
- RESTRICTIONS: Please refrain from private messaging or emailing Lindsey directly with questions related to the program. This helps maintain boundaries and ensures the coach can effectively manage and support the entire group.
- HANDLING URGENT ISSUES: If you encounter an urgent issue that cannot wait until the next scheduled call (technical issues with the program, etc.), please mention Lindsey (@lindseywolf) in the Q&A section with URGENT at the beginning of the post so that it can get prioritized attention. Repeatedly asking questions that are not urgent, will result in your removal from the community.
PARTICIPANT EXPECTATIONS
1. RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM
- Treat all members and the coach with respect, kindness, and dignity.
- Maintain professionalism in your communications. Constructive discussions are encouraged; disrespectful or harmful language is not.
2. ADHERENCE TO GUIDELINES
- By participating in this program, you agree to adhere to these communication guidelines.
- Violations of these guidelines may result in removal from the program to protect the well-being and productivity of all members.
3. REPORTING AND FEEDBACK
- If you observe any breaches of this Code, or if you feel that the guidelines are not being followed, please report them to the administration immediately.
- We value your feedback and encourage you to speak up about your experience in the program to help us improve and evolve.
