My battle with weight spanned for most of my life. I've navigated binge and emotional eating, eating 500 calories a day, and the endless pursuit of thinness. Despite investing $20,000+ in every conceivable solution, lasting change eluded me. Until I made a pivotal decision that would allow me to shed 80lbs, not by scale victories, but choosing to transform my mindset before I transformed my body.
