My battle with weight spanned for most of my life. I've navigated binge and emotional eating, eating 500 calories a day, and the endless pursuit of thinness. Despite investing $20,000+ in every conceivable solution, lasting change eluded me. Until I made a pivotal decision that would allow me to shed 80lbs, not by scale victories, but choosing to transform my mindset before I transformed my body.

With nearly a decade of coaching, another 80 lbs lost post 2 pregnancies, and working with hundreds of women worldwide, my message is clear: Being lean for life, doesn’t come from dieting. Your exterior won't change, until your interior does.

Transformation, in my world, isn't just about knowing what a protein, carb and fat is, or dropping inches.
