Although my inspiration to reach out started out in vain, what I’ve gained since working with her has helped me uncover deep self-sabotaging behaviours I was unaware of.

“Generally speaking I love a challenge. But the great thing about the Nourish System is how the accountability of it all yields for amazing results.
There were so many foods I assumed were bad for me. I’m a vegetarian, so we naturally eat a lot of carbs and not enough protein. “I’ve tried a million diets in my life…For as long as I can remember, I have been a “big girl” (everyone else’s words, not mine). As time progressed, 10 years, 3 degrees, and two province moves later, I stopped being fit and just became fat. [That was until] Lindsey explained that there is a magical land where I could eat whatever I wanted, as long as I hit my macros and caloric numbers for the day. It’s kind of like tetris for food – you can eat what you want, but you have to make it fit.”
